- Yard must be accessible and gates must be unblocked and free to move
- Lawn must be cut regularly and debris removed. If there is snow cover, Scooper will try their best to clean the yard to the best of their ability.
- Scooper will communicate arrival, yard will not be entered if dog(s) are outside. Scooper will attempt to ring doorbell/knock, however if dog(s) is in the yard, scooper will be unable to clean yard and you will be charged for visit.
- Please let us know at least 2 days in advance if you want to suspend services
- All Monthly/Annual charges are charged for the following period
- Every Scooper is trained and has passed a background check
